DENEYAP Venture Program 2nd Round Initiatives Announced!

Questions every Business

The startups selected for the second term of the DENEYAP Entrepreneurship Program—launched exclusively for high school students and graduates receiving training at DENEYAP Technology Workshops—have been announced. This year, 8 innovative projects have been accepted into the program.

Aiming to combine young people’s technical skills with an entrepreneurial vision, our program enables the commercialization of technology-focused ideas while nurturing the tech leaders of the future starting today.

First implemented in 2024, the program graduated 5 startups in its first term and provided a total of 450,000 TL in financial support. Expanding its scope in the second term, the program now offers support in 9 different areas, including a prize fund of 150,000 TL per startup.

Comprehensive Support for Young Entrepreneurs

Teams accepted into the program benefit from a wide range of support, including entrepreneurship training, one-on-one mentoring sessions, office and promotional support, and participation in prestigious events such as TEKNOFEST and the Take Off Startup Summit. Throughout this process, we offer teams comprehensive guidance to help them transform their ideas into sustainable and commercially viable ventures.

Startups Selected for the 2nd Term

As of 2025, the 8 startups accepted into the 2nd term of the DENEYAP Entrepreneurship Program are:

  • AGROSPHERE
    A platform developed to provide farmers with quick access to reliable information. It simplifies decision-making processes with customized agricultural advice and digital support.

  • ATEŞ KES
    A fast and effective solution offering low-cost and eco-friendly fire extinguishing systems that go beyond traditional methods.

  • HydroVita
    An AI-powered portable system developed to combat water scarcity by converting seawater into drinking water at low cost, ensuring sustainable water access.

  • KGS Teknoloji
    An AI-powered application that analyzes students’ learning gaps and aims to ensure long-term learning through question-based assessments.

  • TARSUS
    An integrated agricultural solution that combines smart irrigation, satellite monitoring, and drone-based spraying in a single system.

  • Mayham
    A user-friendly biosafety cabinet that enhances the safety and efficiency of laboratory experiment processes.

  • Vita
    An AI-supported digital platform that provides accessible and effective psychological support services.

  • Quadruplex System Design
    A quadruple-redundant control system developed to counter electronic failures in aircraft, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical functions.

Who Can Apply

High school students or graduates of DENEYAP Technology Workshops will be eligible to apply.

Startups must consist of at least 3 members. If the team includes a member under the age of 18, it is mandatory to have at least one member who is 18 or older.

Applicants must either be currently enrolled in or have graduated from the DENEYAP Technology Workshops.

A team member can only be part of one team and may apply with only one project.

Each startup must include at least one member who is currently enrolled in or has graduated from the DENEYAP Technology Workshops, and the applicant must be a DENEYAP student or graduate.

1. Startup Training

Teams will expand their entrepreneurial expertise through comprehensive training in business planning, business model development, financial management, revenue strategies, sales, and marketing.


2. Mentorship Support

Our expert mentors provide support in various fields, including technical knowledge, business development, finance, marketing, and globalization. Participants will have the opportunity to request one-on-one meetings with mentors throughout the program.


3. Office Support

Startups will have access to open and private office spaces based on their needs. These facilities will be allocated at the discretion of the T3 Foundation Startup Center management.

Available Office Spaces:
- T3 Foundation Ünalan Headquarters - T3 Startup Center Floor
- ITU Özdemir Bayraktar Design and Prototype Center - T3 Startup Center Floor (ITU Ayazağa Campus)
Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment while developing their projects in these spaces.


4. Prototyping Workshop Support

Startups that meet the eligibility criteria, based on an assessment of their needs and requests, will gain access to the ITU Özdemir Bayraktar Design and Prototype Center.


5. Award Support

Success criteria will be based on participation in training and events, with a requirement that at least 80% of team members actively participate. The performance of startups within the program will be assessed according to predefined criteria.
Award support will be provided to startups that successfully complete the program, regularly attend training and workshops, and present their projects at Demoday for jury evaluation. Startups that pass the jury evaluation and meet the success criteria will be submitted for approval by the T3 Foundation Management. The top-performing startups will each receive a financial award of 150,000 TL.


6. DENEYAP Startups Promotional Support

All promotional and announcement activities within the program will be conducted under the rules set by T3 Startup Center.

If the startups meet the necessary conditions, professional promotional videos will be prepared to support the marketing of their products or projects.


7. Take Off Startup Summit Booth Opportunity

Startups that meet the success criteria based on T3 Startup Center's evaluation will be granted the opportunity to showcase their projects at the Take Off Startup Summit.


8. Participation in Deneyap Startup Demo Day (Demoday)

Startups that fulfill the specified criteriain the "Responsibilities of Selected Startups" section of the program will qualify to participate in the DENEYAP Startup Demo Day (Demoday). These startups will also gain the opportunity to set up a booth and present their projects at TEKNOFEST Istanbul.


9. Additional Support

To accelerate growth, increase efficiency, and enhance success, startups will be provided with various digital tools and software support. These services will help them improve their daily operations and maintain a professional workflow.

• March 19-23, 2025 - Startup Pitch Presentation
• April 11, 2025 - Announcement of Selected Startups
• April 14, 2025 - Start of the DENEYAP Startup Program
• September 2025 - TEKNOFEST Istanbul - Startup Demo Day (Demoday)

1. Application

- Applications will be accepted through the DENEYAP, T3 Startup Center website, and T3 Corporate Management System (T3 KYS) during the designated application periods.
- To gain insights and knowledge about startups, applicants can participate in the Startup Training Program via the provided link.
- When uploading your startup pitch deck in the application form, please ensure it includes the following sections: Cover Page, Problem, Solution, Product, Market, Competitor Analysis, Business Model, Go-to-Market Strategy, Team, and Closing Page.


2. Preliminary Evaluation

- All applications will be assessed based on the submitted Application Form.


3. Startup Pitch Presentation

- Startups that pass the preliminary evaluation will be invited to deliver an online pitch presentation.
- During the second stage, presentations will be reviewed and evaluated by the Startup Center Evaluation Committee.
The startup pitch presentation must include the following sections: Cover Page, Problem, Solution, Product, Market, Competitor Analysis, Business Model, Go-to-Market Strategy, Team, and Closing Page.


4. Program Launch

- Selected teams will be invited to the program and will begin their startup training.


5. Startup Training & Workshops

- Startups accepted into the program will participate in startup training and workshops throughout the program schedule.


6. Follow-up Process

- During the program, startups will continue their mentorship sessions, and regular progress meetings will be conducted to ensure the achievement of set targets.


7. DENEYAP Startup Demo Day

- Sartups that meet the criteria specified under the "Responsibilities of Startups Selected for the Program" section in the specification and regularly monitor the set targets are eligible to participate in the DENEYAP Startup Demo Day. e startups also have the opportunity to set up a booth and make presentations at TEKNOFEST Istanbul.
