Entrepreneur Training Program

We are embarking on an exciting journey to raise young entrepreneurs who will shape Türkiye's technology and innovation future!

Our 2024 Entrepreneur Training Programme is designed for high school and university students. The programme aims to equip students with skills that will benefit them throughout their entrepreneurial journey, from problem identification to MVP development, from business model development to project management, and to overcome the difficulties they will encounter along the way.

As the T3 Foundation, we are here to train the brilliant entrepreneurs of the future and we would love to see you on this exciting journey with us!

The Startup Training Program is thematically divided into five modules:

Module 0: Startup 101

This module introduces the differences between startups and SMEs, common terms in the startup ecosystem and the basic elements of a startup: vision, team and problem.

Module 1: From Problem to Idea

This module focuses on identifying problems encountered in the early stages of a start-up, customer profiling, customer meetings, marketing analysis, idea development and strategies for solving the problem.

Module 2: From Idea to Product

This module focuses on how to manage the MVP, prototype and POC stages of the product development process, how to identify key feature sets and how to conduct user testing.

Module 3: From Product to Sale

This module focuses on business development topics such as how to turn a product idea into a start-up, business model development, SWOT analysis, product pricing, fundraising strategies and company establishment  processes.

Module 4: From Sales to Turcorn

In this module we focus on marketing strategies for a business, how to get your first customers, project management skills and how to get to a level where you can get seed investment.

We appeal to students at all levels, from those taking their first steps in the entrepreneurial adventure to those dreaming of creating their own start-up.
